The Advanced Methods Group of CD-adapco is seeking a consulting CFD Analyst. Applicants should have a have a strong background in CFD, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer. Further expertise in multi-phase flows, fluid-structure interaction, combustion, and chemical processes is highly valued.

The successful candidate will have a minimum MS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering although exceptional applicants with a bachelor’s degree may be considered. Knowledge of tools such as Linux, python, java, or other systems/scripting tools will distinguish your application. Furthermore, we highly value experience in business development be it a sales or marketing role or even inside sales.

The Effective Heat Transfer Modeling course was very useful in that it did not simply focus on how to set up and run the models in STAR‑CCM+, but it also explained how STAR‑CCM+ uses the underlying physics to solve the model.
