STAR-CCM+ is a leading-edge CFD simulation product that incorporates a best-in-class, robust, fast and accurate segregated flow solver, sometimes classified as a “pressure-based” algorithm. The low memory overhead and fast execution time of this flow solver makes it the method of choice for countless applications in industries ranging from automotive through marine. In the relentless drive to make our products even better and to respond to feature requests from our clients, CD-adapco is seeking a CFD software development specialist to spearhead the continued evolution and improvement of this flow solver.
Experience and/or knowledge of the following is required:
The ideal candidate will have a masters or PhD in engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in CFD software development, although exceptional recent graduates will be considered. We are seeking a well-rounded individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a large team. Experience with C++ and a good grasp of object-oriented programming would be advantageous.
