The 2010 Simulation for Energy Engineering STAR Global Forum will showcase the results and business benefits simulation is delivering to the Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Renewable energy Industry. Topics covered will include advanced meshing, surface wrapping, 6-DOF modeling, CAD manipulation and import, and advanced post-processing. Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics Using STAR-CCM+ This workshop is designed to introduce individuals, who are new to CFD, to the benefits of using the STAR-CCM+ toolset in their design process. Through tutorials, trainers will demonstrate the complete analysis process starting with the import of CAD geometries, preparation of models (surface wrapping), meshing principles, physics set-up, through to post-processing examples for results visualization. |
