The workshop will illustrate the benefits of the numerical simulation technique for the electronic system design and its thermal management. In one-day agenda and through presentations, examples and hands-on tutorials, attendees will explore in details the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) methodology for the analysis of electronic components, such as for instance, modeling the heat dissipation with natural and forced convection, multiphase flows, solid stress modeling and thermal cycling.
