CD-adapco to present STAR-Pro/E: Fully CAD associative CFD at PTC/User World Event, Orlando June 5-8 2005

London & New York, May 23rd 2005

CD-adapco, the leading provider of CAD-embedded flow simulation solutions will exhibit at the annual PTC USER Conference in Orlando, FL, June 5-8 2005. The PTC/USER World Event is an educational conference, taking place annually to allow PTC Users to ensure maximum return on investment from their PTC software. There will be over eighty technical sessions covering everything, from modeling and drafting, to simulation, sheet metal and beyond.

During the World Event, CD-adapco will be at Stand 412 to tell you about our "Enterprise-wide" CFD, in particular focusing on STAR-Pro/E: the fastest route from Pro/Engineer to a CFD solution. CD-adapco's world leading CFD solvers are embedded within the Pro/Engineer environment, so that the CFD solution becomes and integral part of the CAD model. No other approach will get you from a Pro/Engineer model to a CFD simulation more quickly or reliably.

Simulations can be set up, run and post-processed entirely within the comfort of Pro/Engineer; leaving you free to work with the model using familiar mouse clicks and keyboard shortcuts. With the ability to easily manipulate the model and visualize the results, users are much more able to get a feel for a solution and understand the underlying flow mechanics. For the first time Designers and CFD engineers are able to speak the same language by sharing a common tool. Fully CAD associative CFD.

CD-adapco is a global enterprise providing advanced computationally-based engineering solutions for simulating fluid flow, heat transfer, and stress, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, CAD-embedded CFD options (STAR-CAD Series), CFD/FEA engineering and consulting services, and training. Its main offices are in New York, London and Yokohama with subsidiary offices across the world.

Come along to meet us at Stand 412, and find out more.
