CD-adapco to unveil STAR-Works V4.14 at SolidWorks World 2008

CD-adapco will be unveiling the latest version of STAR-Works at SolidWorks World 2008, the world's largest annual 3D CAD event, which will be held from January 20th - 23rd, 2008 in San Diego, CA. CD-adapco, the developers of STAR-Works and the world renowned STAR-CD and STAR-CCM+ CFD codes will be demonstrating STAR-Works in Booth 408.

STAR-Works is the leading industrial strength CAD-embedded CFD tool for SolidWorks, allowing engineers and designers to perform fluid-flow and heat-transfer from the comfort of the SolidWorks environment. STAR-Works is embedded within your the SolidWorks environment. CFD functionality is presented as additional easy-to-use menus within SolidWorks. Because the CFD solution becomes an integral part of the SolidWorks CAD model, full associativity with the model is maintained throughout the simulation process, so that any design changes made in response to simulation results are reflected in the solution almost immediately. Solutions are updated at the click of a button without additional user intervention.
