STAR-CCM+ includes all popular variants of k-epsilon (Standard, V2F, Realizable, Two-layer), k-omega (Standard, SST and BSL), Reynolds Stress (RSM – linear and quadratic), and Spalart-Allmaras Turbulence models.  Not to mention laminar flow, inviscid flow, boundary-layer transition, Large Eddy Simulation (LES), and Detached Eddy Simulation (DES, in the new Delayed Detached Eddy Simulation or DDES formulation).

Where appropriate, users can opt for different near-wall options, including Hybrid Wall Functions, Low and High Reynolds Number variants.
