The CFD Expert System tool for aftertreatment modeling
es-aftertreatment is a companion pre- and post-processor to the STAR-CD
suite
for modeling automotive aftertreatment devices.
Combined with the analytical chemistry abilities of STAR/KINetics, engineers
can use es-aftertreatment to examine flow mal-distributions,
associated pressure drops, thermal transient performance, and catalytic conversion
efficiencies.
